Abstract
Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan suatuproduk yang memberikan jasa kepada pasien, jasa merupakan aktivitas, manfaat atau kepuasan yang ditawarkan untuk dijual dengan demikian jasa hanya bisa dikonsumsi tetapi tidak bisa dimiliki. Mutu sesuatu yang dimiliki barang atau jasa yang mempunyai standar yang berhubungan dengan manusia, proses dan lingkungan yang bertujuan memenuhi keinginan atau harapan. Banyaknya aspek yang berkaitan dengan mutu sehingga penilaian mutu sangat subjektif yang tergantung dari persepsi seseorang.
