Abstract
Laporan Tahunan Tahun 2011 Dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Karimun, sekolah yang telah melaksanakan PHBS hanya 22,5% dengan target 65% sedangkan target nasional intitusi pendidikan yang melaksanakanPHBS adalah 70% ditahun 2014. Rendahnya cakupan ini berdampak juga terhadap tingginya angka kesakitan yang berhubungan dengan penyakit yang berorientasi lingkungan dan perilaku. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan sikap, pengetahuan dan peran guru dengan pelaksanaan PHBS di SD negeri 001 Tanjung Balai Karimun Tahun 2013. Desain Crossectional Study, populasi adalah seluruh murid kelas IV, V dan IV, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 64 orang dan dibagi secara proporsionaluntuk masing-masingkelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, diolah dengan uji Chi-square. Darihasil uji statistik terdapat hubunganbermakna antara pengetahuan, dan peran guru dengan pelaksanan program PHBS pada anak sekolah di SD Negeri 001 Tanjung Balai Karimun Tahun 2013 (p>0,05).Disarankan untuk meningkatan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan, penyuluhan dan memperbanyak mediapromosi seperti poster, leaflet dll.
